Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 heaping tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 grinds fresh black pepper
pinch of cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
Instructions
Place coconut milk and spices in small pot. Stir well to blend in spices until lumps disappear. Place on medium heat. Stir intermittently while coconut milk is heating. Take tea off stove before it boils. Pour into warm mug. Enjoy!
When I am having a gut issue, I make this first thing in the morning. This combination of spices is very good for gut healing.
