1 cup unsweetened flax milk
1-2 scoops protein powder
1 teaspoon raw organic coconut butter
1/2 tablespoon almond butter
2 cups kale, roughly chopped
1 cup organic berries (suggestion: 1/2 cup fresh/frozen cranberries + 1/2 cup fresh/frozen blueberries)
Put ingredients in blender. Blend on very low speed gradually increasing to high speed until well blended. Serve immedicately. Makes 1 serving.
Use frozen berries or ice to make smoothie cold or thicker in consistency.
This smoothie is great first thing in the morning or as dessert later in the day!
