Ingredients

2 tablespoons dried coconut flakes (unsweetened)

3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons ground flax seeds

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/4 cup raw walnuts

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup boiling water

Instructions

Combine all dry ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until finely ground. Pour boiling water into blender, cover with lid, and blend. Start on low and gradually move to high setting. Blend until porridge is smooth. Transfer porridge to a bowl and garnish with organic berries.

You may substitute a different nut for the walnuts. Try lightly roasting the nuts before blending. To improve digestibility, presoak the nuts and seeds for 8-12 hours. Drain them and be sure they are dry before blending.
