Ingredients:
1/3- 1/2 pound salmon fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt for each fillet
1 teaspoon avocado oil in pan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400′.
Wash salmon fillets off. Pat dry with towel. Salt both sides of salmon. Pre-heat cast iron skillet coated with avocado oil. Place salmon skin side down in iron skillet heated to medium temperature. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Transfer salmon to foil lined baking sheet, skin side up. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Time may vary slightly depending on thickness of fillet.
