Ingredients:

Approx 1/3 pound salmon fillets

Approx 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt sprinkled over both sides of salmon fillets

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400′. Rinse salmon fillets off. Pat dry with a towel. Salt both sides of salmon. Preheat cast iron skillet coated with avocado oil. Place salmon skin-side down in iron skillet heated to medium high temperature. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Transfer salmon to foil lined baking sheet skin side-up. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Time may vary slightly depending on thickness of the fillet.
